Wind speed for the 10th was not working between 2:45 and 8:00 in the morning. This coincided with the strongest wind for that day and would probably have been the strongest winds recorded by the weather station to date. The problem was caused by wind driven rain getting into where the cables connect to the main ISS unit.
 

On some days 0.2mm of rain may = dew/frost melt
